 A self taught chef and business manager with more than 25 years of experience in USA. India, Indonesia and Dubai. My expertise lies in all facets of conceptualising, cooking, systems and management of restaurants. Conceptualised and started Mia Cucina, an Italian restaurant in Mumbai, managed it for 10 years.
